Our Factory
Factory Layout
- Production Area:Factory core, with raw material processing, coating, compounding, slitting workshops arranged by process for hot stamping foil manufacturing continuity/efficiency.
- Warehousing Area: Raw material warehouse (stores base films, release agents, etc., classified by property); finished product warehouse (stores hot stamping foil by model/batch for easy management/shipping).
- R&D Area: With advanced equipment, staff develop new products/optimize existing ones, collaborating with production to convert research into production capabilities.
- Office Area: Provides workspaces for management and administrative staff, including conference rooms, offices, and finance rooms. It is responsible for daily operations, production planning, sales processing, and other administrative tasks.
Production Equipment
- 30 Coating Units:High-precision machines evenly apply release agents, adhesives, pigments to base films; control coating volume/speed for stable quality, some with automatic parameter adjustment.
- 25 Laminating Units: Bond coated base films with functional layers (thermal/solvent lamination); control temperature/pressure/speed for strong layer adhesion, meeting diverse application needs.
- 30 Slitting Units:Slit large hot stamping foil rolls into custom widths/lengths; high-precision cutting for burr-free edges, with automatic winding to boost efficiency.
- 5 Testing Devices:Include thickness testers, gloss meters, etc.; real-time test hot stamping foil performance, eliminate non-conforming products to ensure quality.
Quality Management
Raw Material Inspection:
Strictly check each batch of raw materials (specifications, performance, certification) to meet production requirements; only qualified ones enter production.
Production Process Montoringi:
Set multiple quality control points to monitor coating, lamination, slitting in real time; operators conduct regular random checks (appearance, dimensions, performance) and adjust parameters immediately if issues arise.
Finished Product Inspection:
Conduct comprehensive checks on each roll post-production (visual, performance) per strict standards; only qualified products are warehoused and shipped.
Quality Traceability System:
Record details of each hot stamping foil roll (raw material batch, production time/equipment/operators) to quickly trace problem sources and take corrective measures if quality issues occur.
