The oxidation of hot stamping paper is mainly due to the influence of the hot stamping base material. Generally, the base material has too high pH, and hot stamping paper is all metal-plated. Chemical industry experts know that the reaction between aluminum and acid and alkali is relatively fast, so it is good after hot stamping, but it will discolor and oxidize after a period of time, and it will become more and more serious.
From the structural point of view, hot stamping paper can be divided into: base layer. The main function is to support the various coatings on it, so as to facilitate continuous hot stamping during processing. The base layer of hot stamping paper is made of 16um thickened PET film, which has the characteristics of high strength, tensile strength, high temperature resistance, etc., and will not deform due to the temperature rise of hot stamping during the hot stamping process. The base layer determines the thickness.
