Gold ratio: take out the raw gold from the vault, mix it according to the special requirements of the product variety, and add a quantitative proportion of silver and copper elements to make it meet the required gold content.
Gold bar: put the well-proportioned gold into a crucible and melt it into gold water at high temperature, so that the trace silver and copper elements added are evenly incorporated into it, and the slag is precipitated. Pour the gold water into a measuring iron trough to cool it down and make it into a gold bar.

Leaf beating: After the thick gold bar is manually hammered into a thin gold belt, it is cut into gold leaves as thin as paper.
Making twists: Cut the gold leaves into 1 cm square gold leaves with a bamboo knife. This size of gold leaves is called gold twists.
Dropping gold twists: Put the 10 cm square black gold paper into a constant temperature box for heating. After installing the gold twists for the next process, the gold can be quickly extended.
Dipping gold twists: Dip the gold twists with your fingertips and put them into the 10 cm square black gold paper package. Two pieces of black gold paper sandwich a gold twist, a total of 2048 layers, and all the gold twists are required to be placed in the center of the black gold paper.
Beating gold twists: Place the black gold paper package with gold twists on the foil beating machine and rotate and beat it, so that the gold twists, which are already as thin as paper, become thinner and more open.
Packing the gold foil: The gold foil that has been opened in the 10 cm square black gold paper package is called "gold foil". It needs to be further beaten into foil. The "gold foil" is carefully picked up with goose feathers and placed in a 20 cm square black gold paper package (commonly known as Jiasheng). This process is called packing the gold foil.
Cutting gold foil: Cutting gold foil into regular shapes with a bamboo knife is called cutting foil.
Packaging: The produced gold foil is packaged in accordance with the requirements according to the purpose.
