- Preparation
Before using the thermal transfer film, you need to prepare the thermal transfer machine, thermal transfer film, substrate and pattern file.
The pattern file needs to be designed and edited by computer software, and then the pattern is transferred to the thermal transfer film by the thermal transfer machine.
- Lamination of thermal transfer film
Place the thermal transfer film on the substrate, and use the heating plate of the thermal transfer machine to laminate the thermal transfer film and the substrate together.
During the lamination process, the temperature and time need to be controlled to ensure the adhesion and quality of the thermal transfer film and the substrate.
- Thermal transfer
After laminating the thermal transfer film and the substrate together, remove the heating plate of the thermal transfer machine, and then place the substrate in the transfer position of the thermal transfer machine.
The pattern on the thermal transfer film is transferred to the substrate through the heating and pressure of the thermal transfer machine.
- Cooling and peeling
After the thermal transfer is completed, the substrate needs to be peeled off from the thermal transfer film and cooled.
During the peeling process, the speed and strength of the peeling need to be controlled to avoid damage to the thermal transfer film and the substrate.
