This temperature range needs to be selected according to the characteristics of the hot stamping substrate and pattern to ensure the best hot stamping effect. Hot stamping paper has a wide range of applications and is divided into three types:
For small-area patterns that require fine processing, it is recommended to use special small-area hot stamping paper.
For general hot stamping, 6*6 mm solid hot stamping paper is a good choice.
For large-area hot stamping, 10*10 mm solid hot stamping paper is more suitable.
The specifications of hot stamping paper are diverse, and the standard size is 0.64 meters wide * 120 meters long/roll, but it can also be customized according to customer needs, such as providing products with lengths of 240 meters/roll or 360 meters/roll.
