The best hot stamping temperature range for hot stamping paper is 95-135 degrees. Within this temperature range, hot stamping paper can achieve the best decorative effect. The specific hot stamping temperature will be adjusted according to different substrates and patterns, usually between 140-160, the time is 15-25 seconds, and the pressure must reach 4kg/cm² or more (for flat hot stamping); at 180, the time is 1 second, and the pressure is also 4kg/cm² (for rolling hot stamping). 12
The structure of hot stamping paper mainly includes base layer, peeling layer, color layer, electroplating layer and glue layer.
